Manual Resuscitator

A Manual Resuscitator, also known as a bag-valve-mask (BVM) or Ambu bag, is a handheld medical device used to provide positive pressure ventilation to individuals who are experiencing respiratory distress or failure. It consists of a self-expanding bag, a unidirectional valve, and a face mask. Medical professionals use the manual resuscitator by squeezing the bag, delivering a controlled amount of air or oxygen to the patient's lungs.
